The Seishin Karate Club focuses on teaching traditional forms (kata) and drills as means of understanding the dynamics necessary to deliver effective self-defense techniques. Our classes emphasize a well-rounded conditioning regime in a safe and cooperative environment. Advanced students have the option to work on Judo throws and takedowns, Jiu-jitsu holds and counters, T’ai Chi Ch’uan, and traditional Okinawan weaponry (Kobudo).
